In this article, we'll break down the distinctions between our Free, Basic, and Medium plans to help you make an informed decision.

Account environment:


Stored Emails & Templates:

Free plan:

  • Allow you to create 10 stored emails and templates.

  • Ideal for users with minimal storage needs.

Basic plan:

Medium plan:

  • Provide you to create 300 stored emails and templates.

  • Well-suited for users with extensive storage needs or managing a larger volume of email templates.

Besides, If you want to create an email but don’t know where to start, simply use one of our prepared templates:

  • On the Free plan, there is a large collection of free templates you can use as a draft for your email.

  • There is an even bigger collection on the Basic and Medium plans, including free and premium templates.

Project:

Projects help to organize work across clients as folders do but on a larger scale. Besides email template storage, you can invite participants to your projects, customize settings, and hasten email template creation.

  • Both our Free and Basic plans offer a set of 3 Projects each, catering to different organizational needs and providing room for productivity growth;

  • With a generous allocation of 5 Projects on the Medium plan, you'll wield the tools necessary to conquer tasks with finesse and precision.

Version History:

Version history is a feature that allows users to track and revert to previous versions of email templates.

Free Plan:

  • All changes done for the past 30 days are remembered.

  • Retains changes for the past month.

Basic Plan:

  • The changes are remembered for the past 60 days.

  • Extends history retention, allowing users to track changes over the past two months.

Medium Plan:

  • Changes made within the last 90 days are retained in the system.

  • Further extends the history retention period, accommodating users who require a longer version history.


Testing & export:

At Stripo, you can test emails by sending an email directly to some email address to check the display of your email.

  • For the Free plan, the daily number of tests is limited to 5, and emails can be sent only to your Stripo registration email address.

  • With the Basic plan, you can do up to 50 tests a day and send test messages to any email address you need.

  • On the Medium plan, you can send up to 100 test emails per day. Growing teams and businesses with increased testing needs.

A finished email on paid plans can be exported in many ways: as an HTML or PDF file, exported to Outlook or Zapier, or sent directly to your ESP.

With the free plan, you can do 4 exports monthly, and the number of export options is limited. You can only export an email as: an HTML, AMPHTML, PDF file, Image, Outlook app’s file, or Gmail draft; it can also be sent to the web Outlook, Zapier, or to a Webhook.

Besides, With the Basic plan, you can do up to 50 exports per month, and 300 exports on the Medium plan, all export options will be unlocked, including all integrations with ESPs.

Email client testing/per account:

It is available only for Basic and Medium plans:

  • Both include 2 free tests in the Email on Acid service, which lets you see how an email is displayed on different devices. These tests are provided on a one-time basis to familiarize you with this functionality.


Share & collaboration:

Users:

It is available only for the Medium plan:

  • Allow you to invite 2 additional users to your organization. All invited users will have access to your account and will be able to create email messages and templates within the account.

Sharing:

Only available on the Basic and Medium plan:

  • Allows you to create a link to the web version of your email. It’s useful when you need to share an email with clients and colleagues to collect feedback and get approval.


Custom URL for email sharing & previews:

Only available on the Medium plan:

  • Custom domain for email previews is especially helpful for companies that send email template links to their clients for approval, so they do not want URL links to contain domain names related to stripo.email.


Translation:

It is only available on Basic and Medium plans:

  • You can add your own translation to emails. It should be in the form of XLS or JSON files. Once added, Stipo will create a translated copy of your email.

  • Besides, we have a built-in Google translate service that lets you create translated copies on the fly.


Countdown Timer Opens Per Month:

If you create an email for a promotional campaign and want to add a timer informing the customer of the campaign’s deadline, then feel free to use Stripo’s timer block. When a customer opens an email for the first time, we will generate a GIF image showing the actual time left until the deadline (from the time an email is first opened).

  • For the free plan, only 1000 timer views are available for you and your customers.

  • For the Basic plan, 100,000 views will be available.

  • For the Medium plan, 200,000 views will be available for you.


Custom font:

Only available on the Basic and Medium plans:

  • Adding custom font as a visual element promotes long-term brand recognition. Tailoring a font to your brand not only appeals to your specific audience but also enhances readability and captures more attention for your content.


Brand kit generator:

Only available on the Basic and Medium plans:

  • Brand Guidelines generation is a feature that will act as a regulation for designers and email marketers working on creating emails.

In this file, you can collect all information about the design of your emails. You can add brand identity, templates, modules, pictures, and any contact information there. It also describes for you and your team the fonts used by your brand in previous mailings, indents inside and between containers, fonts, and background colors, design of CTA buttons, social media icons, etc.

All this is done for the convenience of you and your team.
