Creating a free Stripo account is enough to test most of Stripo’s features. However, if you select one of the paid plans, the Basic plan to start with, you will receive an enhanced version of the service, integrations with many ESPs, an increased number of tests, stored emails and templates, etc.
The Basic plan, in particular, is a perfect solution for freelancers or small businesses.
This article will compare the Free plan to the paid Basic plan.

Workspace capabilities:
For the Free plan, the total number of stored emails and templates cannot exceed 10. The Basic plan allows for storing up to 50 emails and templates.
For the Free plan, all changes done for the past 30 days are remembered.
For the Basic plan, the changes are remembered for the past 60 days.
Testing & export:
At Stripo, you can test emails by sending an email directly to some email address.
For the free plan, the daily number of tests is limited to 5, and emails can be sent only to your Stripo registration email address.
With the Basic plan, you can do up to 50 tests a day and send test messages to any email address you need.
A finished email on paid plans can be exported in many ways: as an HTML or PDF file, exported to Outlook or Zapier, or can be sent directly to your ESP.
With the free plan, you can do 4 exports monthly, and the number of export options is limited. You can only export an email as: an HTML, AMPHTML, PDF file, Image, Outlook app’s file, or Gmail draft; it can also be sent to the web Outlook, Zapier, or to a Webhook.
With the Basic plan, you can do up to 50 exports per month, all export options will be unlocked, including all integrations with ESPs.
The Basic plan includes 2 free tests in the Email on Acid service, which lets you see how an email is displayed on different devices. These tests are provided on a one-time basis to familiarize you with this functionality. Learn more
Sharing, Time-saving, and Design:
The Basic plan, unlike the Free plan, allows you to create a link to the web version of your email. It’s useful when you need to share an email with clients and colleagues to collect feedback and get approval. Learn more
With the Free plan, you can add your own translation to emails. It should be in the form of XLS or JSON files. Once added, Stipo will create a translated copy of your email.
The Basic plan, though, has a built-in Google translate service that lets you create translated copies on the fly. Learn more
If you create an email for a promotional campaign and want to add a timer informing the customer of the campaign’s deadline, then feel free to use Stripo’s timer block. When a customer opens an email for the first time, we will generate a gif image showing the actual time left until the deadline (from the time an email is first opened).
For the free plan, only 1000 timer views are available for you and your customers.
For the Basic plan, 100 000 views will be available. Please refer to this link for more information.
Using the Basic plan, you can add custom fonts to your project.
If you want to create an email but don’t know where to start, simply use one of our prepared templates.
On the free plan, there is a large collection of free templates you can use as a draft for your email.
There is an even bigger collection on the Basic plan, including free and premium templates.
Support:
Our customer support team is always ready to help.
If you have the free plan, don’t hesitate to contact us by sending an email.
On the basic plan, you can write to our live chat and even request a video call if you need advice.
As you can see, the Free plan is a good way to test Stripo’s features, while the Basic plan gives you all the tools for building emails professionally.
