If you are a marketing agency with a group of designers working on creating emails/templates, you can create one cooperative paid account and invite your colleagues to this account for collaboration. Agree this will significantly simplify the interaction between your colleagues.

To invite extra users to your account, please follow this instruction.

You can share emails and templates with other Stripo customers by inviting them to your account and granting them access to read and edit them in the "Users" menu.

This feature is available with MEDIUM (2 users), PRO (9 users) or PRIME (99 users) subscription plans by default; for all other packages, you can connect it as an extra option.

To activate the service, go to the "My Organization" menu in the Account settings and toggle on the "Extra Users" button.

You can add from 1 to 100 extra users to your account. It costs $7 per person.


Roles of invited users:

These are the owner, admin, designer, writer, proofreader, and viewer. Each role has its own features.

Let's take a look closer at the images below to see permissions for all roles:

1) Access to the Account area;

2) Access to the Drag-n-Drop area;

  • Owner

Has full access to all the account and editor features.

If you need to change an Owner, please follow our separate instruction.

  • Admin

All the account and editor features have full access, except for permission to change the owner’s role.

  • Designer

Has full access to the Projects, Email messages / Templates, Data and Brand Guidelines menu; and access to the Organization and Users menu (view mode only).

Furthermore, the designer has full access to all the editor features.

  • Writer

Has full access to the Email messages, Data, and Brand Guidelines menu; and access to the Organization, Project, Users, and Templates menu (view mode only).

In the Drag-n-Drop Editor section writer can edit only the content in the emails, edit email messages and templates images, use a code editor and make tests or exports.

Besides that, the Writer has access to the modules and images in the Projects tab as a viewer.

  • Proofreader

Has full access to the Email Messages tab; and access to the Organization, Project, Users, Templates, Data, and Brand Guidelines menu (view mode only).

In the Drag-n-Drop Editor section proofreader can edit only the image and text data content in the emails, edit email messages and templates images and make tests or exports.

  • Viewer

Has access (view-only mode) to Organization, Users, Projects, Templates, Email messages, Data, and Brand Guidelines menu.

Besides that, it has view-only access only to email's or template's content in editing mode.
