Sometimes the account owner can leave his company, and he needs to transfer the account to another employee. Today we will consider such an opportunity on how to transfer an account.
There is a role for each user-participant of the Medium, Pro, or Prime plan.
This is the owner, admin, designer, writer, proofreader, and viewer.
Each role has its own features. You can check the roles and their features by clicking on the Roles descriptions:
Suppose you want to change the Owner of your organization. To do so, you should go to your "Profile" setting and change an old Email address to the new one.
Important to note: a new address must be completely unique, with no repeat names from any previous Stripo accounts registered.
After you enter a new address, you will see a notification that we have sent you a message to confirm the change of mail to your new specified address.
You just need to follow this letter in your mail and confirm the action, and a new mail will be assigned to your account
It is an option for those who want to make changes on their side.
Also, you can always contact our Support chat, and we will manually change any user's role.
