How to invite members to the Stripo account?

This article will guide you on how to invite members to your account in Stripo via email address or using the invitation link.

Imagine you work for a marketing agency and have a team of designers producing emails or templates. You could set up a shared paid account and invite your colleagues to collaborate on this account. Agree this will make communication between your coworkers much simpler.

How to invite members?

You can choose how to invite members: via Email Address or by Generating the invitation link:

  • Go to the "Members" menu and click on the "Invite member" button;

  • Fill in the email address field, set the appropriate role for the invited member, and configure project access levels. Then, send the invite;

Please note that the member you want to add to your account must be registered with Stripo.

  • Also, you can use the invitation link. Here you should create an invitation link with selected permissions and send the invitation link to your colleagues on any messenger so they can join your project.

How do we invite members using the invitation link?

The beneficial option is that you create only one link, set roles and access to certain or all projects in your organization, and send it to your colleagues to invite them as extra members using just one link:

  • Choose the needed role and specify the project's access;

  • The invitation link generates automatically;

  • Send the invitation link to your colleague;

๐Ÿ’ก Please be advised you can Generate again your invitation link in case the previous link you shared with colleagues is no longer active:

  • Done!

๐Ÿ‘€ At the member's end:

  • If the user has not been previously registered in Stripo, then he/she will have an opportunity to create his account to start creating/editing emails into invited projects;

  • He/she can switch between projects you provided access to on the top left corner in the "Shared" tab. For more information, please follow this link.

Project access management:

You can provide access to all projects by clicking on the "Members" tab or to exact projects.

  • To do this, click on the 3 dots next to the member, and then on the โ€œManageโ€ tab and select projects from the drop-down list:

๐Ÿ“˜ Please note:

The user will have access to the Projects you provided him/her access to. Only the Projects to which you have given the Member access will be visible to this teammate. It also means that such a member will not be allowed to access newly created projects.

  • Moreover, the owner or admin of the organization has the opportunity to independently choose which of the members to "Suspend" in his company.

  • Additionally, you can "Delete" the members from your organization.

If you'd like to change the Owner, please follow this instruction.

Extra services:

You have an opportunity to add and manage members who have access to your account by giving them permission to view and edit. By default, this feature is available with the MEDIUM (2 members), PRO (9 members), or PRIME (unlimited members) membership levels; but you can connect more members to each package as an extra option.

To invite more members, please go to "Settings" โ†’ "Billing" โ†’ "Subscriptions" and toggle on the "Extra Members" button.

Please be informed that for each tariff plan, you can add the following number of extra members:

BASIC: Allows for the invitation of a maximum of 3 members.

MEDIUM: Allows for the invitation of a maximum of 9 members.

PRO: Allows for the invitation of a maximum of 30 members.

PRIME: Allows for an unlimited number of members.

You can add from 1 to 100 extra members to your account. It costs $7 per person.

The "Extra Members" option is exclusively accessible with a paid subscription.
