What is a Hidden Preheader?
The hidden preheader gives a short preview next to the subject line to encourage email opens, providing more context to the recipient without being visible when they open the email.
In the Stripo editor, you can add it when you click on "Message Settings" in the "Hidden Preheader" field:
But what can you do if you see not only the preheader text, but also the email body text next to it?
In this case, you should use the “Fill in with white space” option. It adds invisible characters after the hidden preheader to hide the email body from the inbox preview.

Why does Apple Mail still show email body text in the preview?
Please note that when sending emails to Apple Mail, some recipients might still see part of the email body text in the preview, even if "Fill in with white space" is enabled. This happens because Apple Mail allows users to resize the preview pane, increasing its width beyond default limits. Also, the preview length depends on the recipient’s screen size.
How to fix this issue?
To fully hide the email body text in Apple Mail previews, you can add more symbols  ͏
