At Stripo, you can upload images and save them to our online storage. But what if you use a lot of images? How can you organize them in your storage?
For this case, each template and email has its own image folder.
When you are uploading an image to a template, you can save it in two ways:
Save it only for a particular template, using the folder "Template" (or "Email" if it’s an email message);
Save it for the entire project using the folder "Project".
The difference between the Template and Project folders:
An email template has an image folder called "Template"; if you are working on an email created in the "Email Messages" tab, the folder will be called "Email".
If you save an image in the "Template"/"Email" folder, it will only be available in the list of images for that current email template. It’s useful if you are adding an image just to one specific email message:
If you put an image into the "Project" folder, you will see it available in all project templates and email messages. You can save an image here if you are going to use it in many email messages and templates of this project:
Tip: Here, by the word "Project", we imply a kind of general folder for templates and email messages, where some default settings can be specified. Learn more.
Pre-built collections of images:
But what if you don't have a necessary image? In the "Common" folder, you will find our collection of images.
Stripo provides a selection of ready-to-use images in the predefined collections:
"Seasons" – Contains images for holidays and seasonal events like Christmas, Halloween, Black Friday, and more;
"Decoration" – A collection of backgrounds, patterns, and thematic illustrations for email design.
💡 Tip: You can refine your search within these collections using filters (e.g., category, style, or color theme).
Stripo also connects to multiple free stock image providers, allowing you to access:
"Photos" – High-quality visuals from Pixabay, Pexels, and Unsplash;
"Icons" – A variety of vector icons from Iconfinder;
"GIFs"– Animated and static stickers from GIPHY.
💡 Tip: Use the search bar to find relevant images by entering keywords like "business," "summer," or "sale."
Whenever you are uploading an image, you can make it available for one template/email message or the entire project. Besides, you can pick an image from our pre-built image collections.
