Can I get a refund?

In this article, you will find an information in what cases you can get payment back for the subscription.

According to our service Terms of Use you can get a refund if you did not use our service after payment.ย 

You are entitled to a refund from the Stripo except in cases when two conditions are met:

  1. it has been less than 30 days since your payment;

  2. you did not use the Service at all after the payment has been performed (did not create email templates, exports and/or sent test emails and so on).

Also we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund if a Member requests one.
