To export your email template from Stripo directly to Gmail, you need to:

  • Open an email template and click the "Export" button, which is located above the email template, then find the "Gmail" icon;

  • Enter your Export account name (it can be any) and click the "Export" button;

  • Choose the account for synchronizing Stripo with your Gmail account;

  • In the new pop-up window, click the "Allow" button to provide Stripo with access to your Gmail account (we need it to deliver templates directly to your draft folder. Stripo and its employees will have no access to emails and settings in your account);

  • The email template will be delivered to the "Draft" folder.

What to do if a download icon appears over images in Gmail?

In Gmail, some users may see a download icon displayed over images in email templates.

To avoid this, Stripo provides an option that allows you to manage the default CSS logic responsible for hiding it. You can find it in General Styles β†’ Global Styles & Layout β†’ Hide Image Download Icons, where you can enable or disable the setting.
