This article contains instructions on how to add extra unique emails (IDs) to your Plugin plan.

Each created or edited email has its unique "Email ID". While initializing the editor, you send Email IDs to our system and it calculates the amount of unique Email IDs during the billing period.

You can keep track of the number of used Email IDs in the HOME menu:

In case the number of IDs in your tariff plan falls short, you have the option to acquire extra IDs.

Let's examine the number of unique emails included in each tariff plan:

  • the StartUp plan includes 400 Email IDs per month;

  • the Business plan includes 15 000 Email IDs per month;

  • the Enterprise plan includes an unlimited Email IDs per month.

Please make sure to acquaint yourself with the additional charge for each individual Unique email:

  • the Additional cost per Unique email for the StartUp plan is $0.10;

  • the Additional cost per Unique email for the Business plan is $0.02.

How to acquire additional Email IDs?

First step: Please determine how many extra unique emails you require for your current tariff plan.

Second step: To add the necessary number of Unique emails to your subscription, kindly contact our support team at They will assist you in the process.

Third step: Once the month subscription is up, our team will review your usage of the current Email IDs that were assigned to you to determine the amount spent.

An invoice containing the number of IDs utilized and the corresponding payment will be sent to you. The invoice needs to be paid monthly.

Let's consider an example:

You have the StartUp plan with 400 emails already available in it. And you want to expand your subscription by adding 300 more unique emails.

Your StartUp subscription updates every 10th of the month. Every 10th of the month, our team will check how many of the 300 added email IDs you actually used.

As an illustration, if you have utilized 230 emails, the calculation would be 230 multiplied by $0.10, which equals $23.

To go ahead with payment, an invoice for $23 will be sent to you.

Fourth step: Each month, you will receive an invoice that outlines the number of email IDs that have been used.
