Each created or edited email has its unique "Email ID". While initializing the editor, you send Email IDs to our system, and it calculates the amount of unique Email IDs during the billing period.
Countdown timer opens are the total number of timer views generated by the Stripo server. Every time your end-recipient opens the email with a Timer block or the customer re-edits this block directly in the editor, Stripo tracks how many times the timer was displayed and accordingly reduces the number of views available for the current billing period.
The limits vary depending on the pricing plan you have chosen.
You can monitor the number of used Email IDs and Timer views from the HOME page.
However, if you want to receive a report on the limit to your server and get notified when the limit is about to expire, you can do so by sending limits through a webhook.
To connect your Webhook, access "Server Settings" and enter your URL, Login, and Password.
This way, you can stay updated on email IDs and timer view counts instantly through webhook. If you notice that your email IDs or timer view limits are quickly approaching zero and your subscription plan won't be updated for another week, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@stripo.email. We'll add the necessary number of email IDs or timer views to your subscription to ensure that your customers can continue using the editor without any interruptions.
I'd like you to please read this article for more information on the cost and payment process of additional email IDs.
