In this article, you will find information on how to alter your data under the "Profile" menu

Personal Information:

To change your personal data, click the "Account settings" button, and switch to the "Profile" menu using the drop-down menu.

Here you can upload your photo, add first and last names, and phone numbers, and select an interface language.

Also, you can change the current email address to which your account is registered.

To do that, just fill in a new email address in this field.

Please note that a new email address must be free from previous registration in Stripo. So it means that no other account is tied to this email address.

After that, an email with a confirmation button for changing the email address will be delivered to your new mailbox, you just have to confirm it.

Change Password:

If you want to change your current password, please use the corresponding form on the "Profile" โ†’ "Change password" menu page.

Insert your current password, then set a new one, and repeat the new password once again.

Please note that the password minimum length is 10 characters, including 1 uppercase and 1 numeric character; you can also use only the following characters for your password: A-Z, a-z, 0-9.

Two-factor Authentication:

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to online accounts. With Stripo, you can enable 2FA via an authentication app or email message.

To activate, please switch to "Two-factor authentication" and follow the instructions for your chosen method. You can use both methods simultaneously, with the app as primary and email as backup.

Delete Account:

According to our Terms of Use, you can remove your account anytime.

If you decide to terminate your Stripo account, please go to the "Settings" menu, press "Profile", find the "Delete Account" section, and press the "Delete" button.

Please be advised that email addresses are unique and can only be used once. If your account has been terminated, the email address will no longer be available for use on any future accounts and cannot be reclaimed.
