When customers use personalization tags (Merge tags) for different images editor can't recognize them and, as a result, replaces the image with the "broken" icon:
Some people are concerned because it is confusing to them.
If you want to replace the "broken" icon with your own image, use the configuration below:
{"defaultImgForMergeTagSrc":"URL"}
where:
"URL" - is the link for your image
You should apply this configuration at the moment to initialization, and it will work as on the screenshot below:
Important to note: the correct image will be displayed only if you pass a merge tag from the list of merge tags that were passed to the "mergeTags" parameter during initialization.
Please be aware that you can use this article to apply your own list with merge tags.
