Open an email template and click the "Export" button, which is located above the email template;
Switch to the "Email Provide" tab and find the "Klaviyo" icon;
Enter your Export account name (you can give any) and click the "Export" button;
Please be advised:
Make sure you are logging into the Klaviyo account as the "Owner", "Admin", or "Manager" role. Only these roles can grant authorization to an app.
On the message warning that the app is unreviewed, click Continue:
After successful authorization, you will be redirected back to Stripo, and the export will complete automatically.
The email template will be placed in the "Content" → "Templates" section.
After you push an email template to the Klaviyo, a new tab, called “Recently Used”, will appear in the “Export” window. It has been created to help you locate export options more quickly and without having to enter your credentials again.
Additional tip:
You can also connect your Klaviyo account without exporting by going to "Settings" → "Projects" → "Integrations" and selecting Klaviyo under Connect More.
From there, you can quickly connect or disconnect Klaviyo accounts for your project on all plans without needing email verification.
This lets you set up Klaviyo in advance and makes future exports or connections easier.
