There are a few reasons why your test email is not delivered or sent:
1. Your email contains scripts or the <iframe> code elements.
This is due to the possibility of adding malicious code and the fact that most of the ESPs do not support scripts.
Here’s what you should do if you do need to add any of the aforementioned code elements in your template:
export email template as HTML file;
insert the code manually.
2. Our ESP does not send emails to certain domains.
Our Email service provider has restrictions on sending emails to addresses of the following services: webmaster, noreply, gov (government email addresses) and Chinese domains, like "qq.com", "163.com" or email addresses with a + symbol.
3. Your test email could reach the Spam or Promotions folder.
Also we would like to advise you to check the Spam and Promotions folders and to search for a test email using the sender's email address email@example.com.
4. If you are under BASIC, MEDIUM, PRO or PRIME plan, please try to send the test email to another email address.
Please be advised, using FREE plan you can only send the test to the address that you used to register in the Stripo.
