Open an email template and click the "Export" button, which is located above the email template;
Switch to the tab "Email Provider" and type "MoEngage" in the search field. Then click on the "MoEngage" icon;
Enter your "Export account name" (any name works), choose your instance from the "select your instance" dropdown, enter" Workspace ID" and "API key", and then click the "Export" button;
To get the Workspace ID and API key, go to the MoEngage account, switch to the "Settings" → "APIs" menu;
On the APIs page, copy the following credentials:
Workspace ID — from the Workspace ID field;
API Key — from the Campaign report / Business events / Custom templates / Catalog API / Inform Report section.
The instance number (01, 02, or 03) is visible in your MoEngage account URL;
The exported email template will be seen when creating a campaign. In the "Campaigns" section, when you switch to the menu "Content", the template will be available in the tab "My saved templates";
If you export more than one email or template with the same name, you will see the following pop-up notification, where you are asked to choose whether you'd like to export your newsletter as a new one or replace an existing one.
