Open an email template and click the "Export" button, which is located above the email template, then find the "SendGrid" icon in the "Email Provider" tab;
Enter your Export account name (you can give any) API Key and select the email type, click the "Export" button;
To get the API Key, go to the SendGrid account, switch to "Settings" → "API Keys" and generate a new API key.
There are two options for choosing the email type: Dynamic template and Single send.
If you choose the first option (Dynamic template), your email will be delivered to the "Email API" → "Dynamic templates" menu.
If the second option (Single send), your email will be placed in the "Marketing" → "Single Sends" menu.

For "Single Sends" option, your SendGrid's account should be on "new Marketing Campaigns" paid plan according to their migration from legacy marketing campaign to new marketing campaign (original source).
You can check the subscription type for "new Marketing Campaigns" in your SendGrid account by following:
"Marketing" > "Your Products" > "Marketing Campaigns"
If you export more than one email or template with the same name, you will see the following pop-up notification where you are asked to choose whether you'd like to export your newsletter as new or replace an existing one.
