Your email message/template is ready, and do you want to send it via CleverReach?
To export your email template from Stripo directly to CleverReach, you need to:
Open an email template and click the "Export" button, which is located above the email template, then find the "CleverReach" icon;
Please enter the "Export account name" and click the "Export" button;
In the pop-up window, you will see 2 options:
Create and connect your CleverReach account now;
Log in with my existing CleverReach account and connect.
Choose the desired option and enter your Customer ID, User name, and Password;
To get the Customer ID, go to the CleverReach account, and click on the icon in the top left, where you will be able to find your Customer ID.
Once you have filled in all the fields, please submit it with the "Log in now" button;
Important note:
If you receive an error during export saying that you don’t have the required permissions:
please enable API access in your CleverReach account:
The email template will be placed in the "Emails" menu.
