How to export an email template to Optimove ?

To export your email template from Stripo directly to Optimove, you need to:

  • Open an email template and click the "Export" button, which is located above the email template, then click on Email Provider and find the "Optimove" icon;

  • Enter your Export account name (you can give any), API key, Brand ID, From Name, Server Number and click the "Export" button;

To find the API key, go to the "Settings""API key Management" menu and click the "New API key" link.

Then, complete the fields for Nickname and Contact email, and choose the type of access.

And copy the API key.

To find the Server Number, go to the "Settings""API Management" menu and locate the API Endpoint. You will find a base URL https://apiX.optimove.net/, where the X represents the server number.

To find out the Brand ID value, please talk to your Optimove support manager.

After clicking the export button, a new window will appear. In this window, you will need to select the sender's email, reply-to email, and choose the folder for exporting.

  • The email template will be placed in the "PLAN" "Templates""Optimal" menu.

  • If you export more than one email or template with the same name, you will see the following pop-up notification where you are asked to choose whether you'd like to export your newsletter as new or replace an existing one.
