Select a new structure with 3 containers from the Content tab and drag-n-drop it into Template, as soon as you do it you will find the displaying like that

The next step is to fill the side containers with the text

and put the needed image

Also, it is possible to align the text according to your preferences and get rid of all padding if needed or reduce the indents between containers

The next step is to add additional text below the picture. To perform this you need to copy the text block, click the move button
and drop the block below the image block. Afterword you will see such displaying

The following step is to drop the empty structure above the already existing content

fill it with the needed text and get rid of all padding to reach needed result

And the last but not the least. Customize the blocks: delete the extra text from the bottom and left side. Additionally, you may set any styles for wrapped text structure by adding the background color.
