Open an email template and click the "Export" button, which is located above the email template, then find the "Brevo" icon;
Enter your API key and select email type (campaign email or email template); click the "Export" button;
To get the API Key, go to the Brevo account, switch to the "SMTP & API" section and copy your API key.
Then Select a sender and click the "Export" button again;
The email template will be placed in the "Campaigns" β "Email/Templates" menu;
If you export more than one email or template with the same name, you will see the following pop-up notification where you are asked to choose whether you'd like to export your newsletter as new or replace an existing one.

The issue may be related to an unrecognized IP address using.
Actions for solving:
In this case please kindly check whether the filtering process for API calls is stopped by disabling these controls in your "Brevo account" > "Security" >
> "Authorized IPs tab" and the list of authorized IP addresses will be removed as a result:
In case you keep "IP address review" feature enabled, please authorize a new IP address by clicking on "Authorize new IP address" button and then try to process the export from Stripo to Brevo again:
