Currently, when exporting emails directly to Constant Contact, there are some restrictions on receiving characters that are different from 8bit. If you see the following error notification when exporting emails to Constant Contact:

You need to check whether your email contains any of the aforementioned characters.

Those could be symbols or emojis:

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do to prevent this as it is beyond our control. As per Constant Contact customer service, they will support such symbols only when they receive a large number of respective requests from their clients. 

As an option, you can try to export your email as an HTML file and then copy-paste code directly into a new email template in Constant Contact.
