In this article, you will know what can be configured in the Organization menu.

What is the "My Organization" menu?

"My organization" menu allows you to connect tariff plans as well as additional services; track some limits on the dashboard panel; enable or disable organization settings while working in the editor and configure the Image Server.

Let's take a look closer at every option:

The dashboard is located at the top of the "My organization" menu. This settings panel contains several sections and displays account and prepaid services status.

In the beginning, you can track the number of created projects, saved email messages and templates in your account, and the number of timer block views.

For users with MEDIUM, PRO, PRIME tariff plans, and Extra Users prepaid service, invited users number control is available.

You can also track the number of available Email Clients tests.

General information:

In the General information form below, you can specify your organization name, change your tariff plan and enhance your account by adding the following features:

Extra Users allows you to add and manage users who have access to your account by giving them permission to view and edit and use various account menus.

Extra Timer Views is a prepaid service featured in all tariff plans. Using it, you can craft emails with a countdown timer block that shows how much time remains before the promo end.

Timer block views are the total number of timer views our server will generate for your account. Every time your user opens the email with Timer (or you re-edit this block), Stripo tracks how many times the timer was displayed and accordingly reduces the number of views available for the current billing period.

Extra Email Clients Tests is our editor’s advanced service to test emails using the technologies of our partner, Email on Acid. This testing option will help you check how your email looks in different email services and devices.

Extra Exports - a new feature that helps you to add additional exports if needed. The minimum price is $0.5 per 10 exports.

Organization settings:

Here you can:

- hide basic and prepared templates in the workspace area;

- disconnect the "convert line spacing to pixels" option;

- turn off the email messages and templates autosaving option;

- compress images;

- disable email tests with Email on Acid partner service. If this service is active, you can customize the number of email clients and devices to make screenshots of the email test.

Image Server:

At the very bottom of "My organization" menu, you can configure the "Image Server".

Stripo storage is connected by default. It has no capacity or time limits. You can use this storage absolutely for free.

Also, you have several options to connect custom image storage for your pics.
