If you want to change your current password, please use the corresponding form on the "Profile" menu page.

To change the password, you need to enter the current password, then set a new one, and repeat the new password once again.

Please note that password minimum length is 10 characters, including 1 uppercase and 1 numeric character, you can also use only the following characters for your password: A-Z, a-z, 0-9.

After the password has been changed, you will see this message


If you forgot your current password, then you can request a password-changing email.

  • To reset your current password, click the "Login" button and reach the "Forgot password?" link;

  • Then, you have to insert your email address in the "Reset Your Password" form and click on the "Send Instructions" button.

You will receive password reset instructions to your email within 24 hours.

If you still didn't receive the password reset email, we would like to advise you to check the Spam and Promotions folders and to search for the password reset instruction email using the sender's email address support@stripo.email.

Be careful with your email address! Our Email service provider has restrictions on sending emails to addresses which consist the following words in their sender names:

- webmaster, noreply, gov (government email addresses);

- Chinese domains, like "qq.com", "163.com";

- email addresses with "+" symbol inside.

If your sender name does not contain words mentioned above but you still haven’t received the password reset email, please email us at support@stripo.email and we will try to help you.
