In this article, you will learn more about the Stripo menu functionality.

Stripo menu includes the following tabs:


The Profile menu helps you to configure your personal data: upload your photo, add first and last names, phone numbers, and select the interface language for the whole editor.

Also, you can change the current email address to which your account is registered.

To do that, just fill in a new email address in this field.

Please note that a new email address must be free from previous registration in Stripo. So it means that no other account is tied to this email address.

After that, an email with a confirmation button for changing the email address will be delivered to your new mailbox, you just have to confirm it.

To change your current password, please use the corresponding form --> "Change Password".

Insert your current password, then set a new one, and repeat the new password once again.

Please note that the password minimum length is 10 characters, including 1 uppercase and 1 numeric character; you can also use only the following characters for your password: A-Z, a-z, 0-9.

If you decide to terminate your account, you can do it in the "Account removal" section.

My organization:

This settings panel consists of several tabs and displays account status and prepaid services.

In the beginning, you can track the number of created projects, saved email messages and templates in your account, and the number of timer block views.

For users with MEDIUM, PRO, PRIME tariff plans, and Extra Users prepaid service, invited users number control is available.

You can also track the number of available Email Clients tests.

In the "General Information" form below, you can specify your organization name, change tariff plan and buy Extra Users, Extra Timer Views, Extra Email Clients Tests, or Extra Export additional services.

Scroll down to see the Organization settings. Here you can:

- hide basic and prepared templates in the workspace area;

- disconnect the "convert line spacing to pixels" option;

- turn off the email messages and templates autosaving option;

- compress images;

- disable email tests with Email on Acid partner service. If this service is active, you can customize the number of email clients and devices to make screenshots of the email test.

At the very bottom of "My organization" menu, you can configure the Image Server.

Stripo storage is connected by default. It has no capacity or time limits. You can use this storage absolutely for free.

Also, you have several options to connect custom image storage for your pics.

If you are a Design Agency and have a group of designers working on creating emails/templates, you can create one cooperative paid account and invite your colleagues to this account for collaboration. Agree this will significantly simplify the interaction between your colleagues.

You have an opportunity to add and manage users who have access to your account by giving them permission to view and edit. This feature is available with MEDIUM (2 users), PRO (9 users), or PRIME (99 users) subscription plans by default; for all other packages, you can connect it as an extra option.

To invite users, click on the "Invite user" button;

Fill in the email address field, set the appropriate role for the invited user, and configure project access levels. Then, send the invite;

Also, you can use the invitation link. Here you should create an invitation link with selected permissions and send the invitation link to your colleagues on any messenger so they can join your project.

Projects allow you to organize your work across different customers. They are like folders with the opportunity to set different settings. In addition to regular email template storage, you have an option to invite different participants to your particular projects for further collaboration and customize project settings to reduce the time to create email templates.

For example, if you have a PRO Plan and there are a lot of customers in the organization, it’s more convenient to create separate projects for each customer as they probably have entirely different brand styles and requirements for email templates.

However, this applies not only to users but also to AGENCIES. For example, if you work in different cities or countries, your offices belong to one organization where each office has their own team.

In all of the above cases, using separate projects will significantly simplify your regulation of work with each individual customer and organization since Stripo is a platform for working with large corporations.

In the project's settings, you can customize the social networks, merge tags, special links, custom fonts, set a custom domain, localization and other settings for all email templates according to your customer's needs. You can also invite your colleagues only to the project associated with them in a way so that they won't see any other projects with their content.

The billing menu allows you to:

  • update the payment method, click on the "pencil icon" of active subscriptions;

  • terminate your subscription, click the basket icon in the "Active Subscriptions" section;

  • receive a bill after the payment, download it in the "Payments History" section;

  • send bills to your finance department, you can specify the financial emails in the field under "Billing Address and VAT ID" section.

Please be advised that only new bills will be sent to specified financial emails immediately after payment.
