To export your email template from Stripo directly to Customer.io, you need to:
Open an email template and click the "Export" button, which is located above the email template, then click on Email Provider and find the "Customer.io" icon;
Enter the Export account name (it can be any name), API key, and select your region; click the "Next Step" button;
Choose Design Studio email or template, optionally select the folder, choose the sender email, and click Export;
To find your API key, go to the Settings menu in the top-right corner, open Account Settings, and select API Credentials;
And there you will find the Tracking API Keys section and copy your API Key;
The email template will appear in the Design Studio menu:
If you choose a folder, it will be saved inside it (shown at the top).
If you don’t choose a folder, it will appear in All below, and in the Emails or Templates tab, depending on what you selected during export.
