Imagine that you already know about the benefits of Stripo and decided to use the service for your future emails. Let’s consider a popular use-case: you have HTML and CSS email templates that are created in any mailing system or code editor and you want to use it in Stripo – quickly change the text, pictures and make a newsletter.

In this case, you need to import and adapt the code in the Stripo editor.

Important to note: When you insert your own code, the standard functions of the drag-and-drop menu will not be available. There are no special classes in the code that are required for this.

How to adapt my own HTML code to Stripo?

  • To add a custom HTML code, click the "New message" → "Basic templates" → "My HTML";

  • In the code editor, insert your code as it is shown in the screenshot;

As a result, you will only be able to replace images and edit the name of the buttons (if there are any in the email).

You'll need to add our classes to adapt your code to the editor menu functions.

For more details on how to do this, refer to our blog post and YouTube.
