How to export an email template to Oracle Eloqua?

Your email message/template is ready, and do you want to send it via Oracle Eloqua?

To export your email template from Stripo directly to Oracle Eloqua, you need to:

  • Open an email template and click the "Export" button, which is located above the email template, then find the "Oracle Eloqua" icon;

  • Enter your Export account name (it can be any), Campaign Name, Username, Password and click "Next Step";

To get the Export account name and Campaign Name, go to the Oracle Eloqua account, click on the icon in the top right, and copy your Campaign Name.

  • Furthermore, you can enable or disable control of tracking links;

External tracking automatically appends tracking parameters to link URLs.

  • After that, choose the "Email Group" and click the "Export" button. Also, you may upload used images to your Oracle Eloqua account and make the connection public in the project.

  • The email template will be placed in the "Assets" β†’ "Emails" menu.

  • If you are re-exporting the template, you get the pop-up with the following features: export the template as a new one, or replace the existing one:

Troubleshooting part:

  • If you faced this kind of error during a multiple export,

  • Please check the Title (Subject) of the email regarding the "<" and ">" signs which are disallowed by the Oracle Eloqua email service provider.
