To export your email template from Stripo directly to Mandrill, you need to:
Open an email template and click the "Export" button, which is located above the email template, then find the "Mandrill" icon;
Enter your Export account name (you can give any) and API Key; click the "Export" button;
To get the API Key, first, you need to open Mandrill. Please launch it inside the "Reports" → "Transactions" tab of your Mailchimp account;
Go to the "Settings" tab and press the "+New API key" button.
The email template will be placed in the "Outbound" → "Templates" menu.
