To export your email template from Stripo directly to Salesforce MC, you need to:
Open an email template and click the "Export" button, which is located above the email template, then find the "Salesforce MC" icon in the "Email Provider" tab;
Enter your Export account name (you can give any), Account ID, Subdomain of Authentication Base URL, Client ID, and Client Secret for synchronizing Stripo with your Salesforce MC account and click the "Export" button;
Creating an app with the API component in Salesforce MC:
To set up the integration between Stripo and Salesforce MC, your Salesforce account shall have an app with the API component installed. The following instruction describes how to create a new such app from scratch:
Open the account menu and select "Setup." Then go to "Platform Tools" → "Apps" → "Installed Packages" and click the button "New" at the top right corner;
Click "Add component" and select the "API integration" component. The connection type must be "Server-to-Server";
You will be asked to select the necessary permissions for the connection. Select those listed on the following screenshot;
How to find the credentials?
In order to get the necessary credentials for the Stripo-Salesforce MC integration, your Salesforce account shall have an app with the API component installed. To check if your app has the API component, open the Setup page and go to "Platform Tools" → "Apps" → "Installed Packages" → "Package name", where you will find the list of installed added components.
To create such an app from scratch and add the required component, please, see the article section above.
In order to find the Account ID, please, go to "Settings" → "Company Settings" → "Account Settings" on the Setup page;
All the other data can be found at "Platform Tools" → "Apps" → "Installed Packages" → "Package name";
Note: Please note that you have to copy only the body part of the Authentication Base URL, which is between https:// and .auth.marketingcloudapis.com/
The email template will be placed in the "Content Builder " → "Stripo-Emails" menu:
In addition to this, if you export the same email/template more than 1 time, you will see such a pop-up with the possibility to export this template as the new one or replace the existing in your Salesforce account.
Also, you can turn on the toggle to set your chosen option by default so the system will not ask you again during future exports.
