This article will demonstrate how to sign up and confirm a Stripo account.

Account Creation

You can create a Stripo account via https://stripo.email/ website page.

  • To create an account, click the "Sign Up" button at the top right corner;

  • Insert your personal data (name, email address, and password) in the registration form.

Please note that you can use your Facebook or Google account to sign up for Stripo.

Account Verification:

To activate your account, go to the registered mailbox, open the email you received from Stripo, and click the "Verify Now" button to confirm account activation.

If you still haven't received the validation email, we would like to advise you to check the Spam and Promotions folders and to search for a validation email using the sender's email address support@stripo.email.

Be careful with your email address! Our Email service provider has restrictions on sending emails to addresses that consist of the following words in their sender names:

  • webmaster, noreply, gov (government email addresses);

  • Chinese domains, like "qq.com", and "163.com".

Furthermore, please note that sending test emails from Stripo to the addresses mentioned above is unavailable.

If your sender name does not contain the words mentioned above, but you still haven’t received the validation email, please email us at support@stripo.email, and we will activate your account manually.

Please note that your account is activated automatically when you use Facebook or Google account to sign up.
